Planning & Research Rates below require 60 days advance notice. A supplement may apply if travelling within 60 days of your request.
Research & Booking fee for airfare: $175 per ticket
Research & Booking fee for cruise: $400 per cabin
Management of Airline, Hotel & Cruise loyalty programs: $250 per program per year
Custom Digital Trip Planning Fee: $25/day of your trip
PLAN A Cancellation Fee: 4% of trip value
Entry Visa application support: $50 per visa
Wildlife Permit application support: $50 per permit
Travel Insurance Needs Assessment: $125 per person
Support for Travel Insurance Claims: $375 per claim

Bookings with a minimum of 10 guests incur a reduced planning fee of CA$1500 [or $150 per person]
